     “Our Second Week of Meeting”

What a day! Gosh, I didn’t expect that ma’am lynnie will read our writings in class, all about our activity last week. This activity is all about how to choose a topic, narrowing it down, and how to formulate a thesis statement.
During this activity I feel so nervous since the one that ma’am lynnie first read in class was my work. I feel nervous because I know that I didn’t immediately talk about our topic. I made an introductory part were supposed her instruction was to make a paragraph about what we have written in our outline. She didn’t told us to make an introductory part, but it’s okey since she said that it was the only mistake in my work.
This week also is another busy week since ma’am gives us so many assignments. I think our homework is 5 to be check next week. Well, its okey with me, because I know ma’am lynnie. She gives us so many assignments for us to keep busy and keep on studying our lessons.
For my new classmates that was not under ma’am lynnie last sem, well, guys time to ready yourselves because it’s gonna be a long, happy, and memorable sem under ma’am lynnie.

   Second semester is on, and our subject for this blogging assignment is English. Everyone said that it is very important to learn English not just it is a universal language but it is also a medium of instruction mostly in all fields of learnings. It is a language used by people all over the world to communicate with each other whether it is in a form of writing or speaking. It is the only language that most of the people can understand and speak even if it’s not that fluently. People can communicate using English in a form of writing or speaking, but among this two forms of communication using English which is really which? Is it speaking or writing?



   For me I can say that I it’s better to write than to speak English, well it’s not that I don’t know how to speak using this language but I’m not confident enough to speak it,it’s because I always think that what if what I had just said is wrong grammar. ( Example instead of using the verb in the past form, I used it in the present.). Another is that I’m confident when it comes to writing since I can check the grammar if it is correct or not. I can always correct it’s error unless it has been pass to the teacher. I also like writing because it serves me as the way of expressing my ideas and thought. The feelings i can’t express using voice I can express it in through writing. That’s why for me it’s better to write than to speak, well I’m not saying that it is more important, all I’m saying is that I’m more comfortable in writing English than speaking it. But I know also that it is important to speak using English especially now that I’m in college that’s why I have to practice speaking using the English language. I must learn to express my ideas not just in writing but also in a form of speaking it. Now i tried to communicate by the used of English language. Now, the question of which is which writing or speaking ? Well, it’s up to you of which is which among the two.

I’m so happy since our teacher in English 2 is ma’am Lynnie Ann, she is our teacher in English 1 last semester. I really like the way ma’am lynnie teach us lessons because I understand what she wants us to teach, and another thing is that she implemented new rule and that’s to sing in class whenever we are caught speaking vernacular language. I find this rule a challenging one because we really need to use English when we are having our class, and for me that’s the only way so that we can practice or use our English.

For this semester I have new classmates, but some of my classmates last sem., is again my classmates for this another journey of our life here in IIT. I’m happy since I’ve found new friends and at the same time exited, because I know that there will be new tasks that ma’am lynnie will give to us.

So here it is our new tasks is to blog whatever happens to our class. What we want to say about our class we can say it through blogging. Actually, at the first time I really don’t know how to blog, and its so funny, cause I think I’m the only one who is IT student that don’t even know how to blog but thank’s to ma’am lynnie now I know how to blog.hehehehe
